VERY PATIENT WITH ME!!! This is the 1st review I have written on Yelp. I rarely feel the need to write reviews for services, but my experience this morning with Just Brakes in Albuquerque impels me to! I have had a difficulty with my steering wheel shaking when I slow down for a couple of months now. I had described the dilemma to a mechanic friend, and he said it sounded like my rotors needed to be machined. Anticipating a large repair bill to fix it, I procrastinated until these days. Vegetarian stuffed peppers. I described the difficulties I was having as well as the mechanics went to check the vehicle, and after a couple of minutes they asked me to go out into the shop so they could show me some things. The mechanic showed me my brake pads, and said that they were still perfectly fine. My automobile had been shaking due to the fact my tires had been crap! Nevertheless, he then told me that I had a worse problem- my gas tank was leaking! Since they couldn't fix it, he said he would put the tires back on for me so I could take the automobile somewhere else. He also rotated my tires to ensure that the car would drive far better. The mechanic was extremely nice and patient with me, explaining everything to ensure that I could understand it and answering all my questions.
EARNED A NEW CUSTOMER!!! I went back into the waiting room at Just Brakes, worried about how I was going to be able to afford fixing my gas tank leak as well as replacing my tires. A few minutes later, the mechanic came by way of the front door and told me my automobile was ready and gave me my keys. Modern Materials in Hubcaps and Wheel covers . I was confused and said "But I haven't paid you or anything..." and he said "No difficulty, we want you to come back later to us so it's no charge". I have never had a mechanic go by means of all of that trouble with out charging me some thing! And to top it off, they made my car drive so much smoother! I am surely taking my automobile back here for each brake dilemma it might have inside the future. Just Brakes has earned a new customer!
