There are many different methods people use when they are changing a motorcycle tire. Using the right or wrong techniques is the difference between a quick and clean 10 minute job and the worst hour of your life. By using the simple tips and techniques below you will save yourself a lot of nicks and even more grief. The most important part of a changing a motorcycle tire is coming prepared. Before you even attempt to change a motorcycle tire you have to make sure you are equipped properly. You are going to need a tire iron, a valve stem tool, lubrication, a bead breaker, compressed air, and something to expand the tire bead. Attempting to change a motorcycle tire with the majority of this equipment is going to make the task much more aggravating. The first step to changing a motorcycle tire is getting that old and useless tire off. First off you should use your valve stem tool to remove all of the air from the tire. Next you are going to use your lubrication; this can be anything from dish soap or silicon spray on lubrication on both of the tire beads. You will also need to use your bead breaking tool to break both of the beads. Using your tire irons you will start removing the tire from the rim. Generally when you are changing a motorcycle tire you should place the tire irons four to seven inches apart. Next you are going to insert the tube and align it with the approximate position of the valve stem. Once you have the tube in place you are going to need to add a small amount of air to it. This is done for two reasons while changing a motorcycle tire; first to help the tube retain most of it shape and secondly to help protect it from damage caused by the tire changing tools you are using. Lubricate the tire bead using the same type of lubrication you used before to get the old tire off. Next use your breezer tire tool to slowing position the tire bead onto the wheel rim. Use a rotating method so that you are working the opposite beads, one after the other. Now the only step left is to inflate the tire. Using compressed air, or a handheld pump, no stronger than 55 PSI inflate the tire and your changing a motorcycle tire experience in done! James Thompson is the Publisher of mototips website. ToMoCo and GM increase sales in February
Just as we are getting used to hearing news of Toyota kicking the stuffing out of Detroit's Three then comes a sudden twist of the story – which still has the Japanese automaker walking all over Detroit's Big Three but this time, we have the at least one of them fighting back. And this remarkable phenomenon happens just last February. Toyota sales came soaring as usual -- reaching 12.2 percent while on the other hand General Motors also showed some remarkable increase surprising the industry when it reported a 3.7 percent year-over-year sales increase for the month. General Motors has announced that it was able to sell 308, 411 light vehicles in February higher than the 297,481 units it sold a year ago. Likewise sales of GM's light trucks have increased by 7.9 percent to 199,509 units while passenger vehicles fell by 3.3 percent to 108,902. The remarkable increase in sales of the light trucks was boost by the 26.5 percent demand for the Chevrolet Sierra Silverado pickup and the 22.7 percent increase in the sales of the GMC Sierra. According to Rebecca Lindland, an industry analyst with Boston-based Global Insight, "You can't base everything on one month, but you need to look at some of the new products that they have coming out. They're just sort of gaining some attention from the fact that they are making strides with brands like Saturn." The rest of GM's Detroit-area competitors as expected plunge to another depressing sales result with Ford Motor Co. leading with 13.5 percent decline followed by DaimlerChrysler AG's Chrysler Group with 8.3 percent drop. Ford blame the 13.5% decline that it has on its ongoing efforts to cut low-profit fleet sales which it say is down by 30 percent year over year. Similarly, Ford also said that there is also a 12 percent drop in sales of its F-Series pickups which is suppose to be the cash cow and the largest-selling vehicle in the US. The decline in the fleet sales hurts not only Ford but also GM and both said that the sudden shift to focus their attention to a more profitable retail business as part of their North American turnaround strategy. On the part of the German-American DaimlerChrysler which includes the luxury unit Mercedes it has reported an 8 percent drop with Chrysler further dragging down the Mercedes sales, which makes analysts to wonder if there is still anything else to drag on the Mercedes knowing for a fact that the brand is nearly as flat as the Chrysler. Toyota in a statement that will surely infuriate its competition said that it had its best February ever with sales reaching 187,330 vehicles. Its car sales rose to 21 percent, trucks increase by 2.4 percent while the sale of its Prius hybrid is still strong with 86.8 percent to 12,227 units sold. The Camry sales also increased by 17.5 percent to 32,148 while its Corolla sales rose by 12.9 percent to 28,321 units. Despite the strong sales recorded by Toyota for February it was not able to surpass the 210,194 vehicles sold by Ford also in the same month. The Dearborn-based Ford has also reported that its overall sales to retail customers dropped by 8 percent compared to its sales a year ago. Likewise the sales to rental car companies have also reduced by 16,000 vehicles. Another Japanese automaker, Honda has also reported an increase in sales by 3.2 percent for its truck business while Nissan announced a 1.2 percent sales increase. The total US car sales for February were down by 0.5 percent from 1.26 million in February of last year to 1.25 million for February this year. The shares of the General Motors, the world's largest automaker and producer of the popular lines of GM headers, closed down to 36 cents or 1.13 percent at $31.54 on the NYSE while Ford keeps on declining at 14 cents or 1.77 percent to $7.77. DaimlerChrysler's US shares fell by 56 cents or 0.82 percent to $67.51.

He even assesses the Porsche 911 by saying, "The 911 wowed us enough with its acceleration, handling, and braking for us to rate it our top sports car. The 911 is also easy to drive, but its much less expensive Boxster sibling performed almost as well." The automotive magazine tested the Porsche 911 in all its Porsche car parts glory against other high class and high performance vehicles like the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and the Dodge Viper. Aside from these two, the Porsche 911 competed eleven other performance vehicles that are currently available in the market. The vehicles went through a series of tests so as to see who performed best and who topped all others as a luxury sports car. You certainly would not believe the kind of prices these vehicles hold. The cheapest in the lot is the Lotus Elise that can be purchased in the market for $45,545 while the most expensive machine tested by the auto magazine was a Mercedes Benz SL550 vehicle that could cost you $105,855. 2007 Eos Convertible to hit showrooms this spring
American shoppers will have the greatest spring surprise this year as Volkswagen's new for 2007 Eos convertible hit showrooms. The four-seat Eos is the lowest priced convertible from the producer of VW car axle, Volkswagen. It is the first German brand convertible with a hardtop rather than a fabric roof. Also integrated in the Eos' hardtop is a fully functional sunroof that enables Eos driver to see and feel the sun through the sunroof glass on a not-so-warm spring day. The Eos comes standard with lots of safety equipment that includes electronic stability control, and rollover bars which are very useful in crash accidents when the car overturn with its top down. There are also side air bags that activate to provide protection for both head and thorax during side crashes. The starting manufacturer's suggested retail price, inclusive of destination charge, is $28,750 for a base, 2007 Eos with manual transmission and 200-horsepower, turbocharged, four-cylinder engine. The other competitors of Eos including the 2007 Volvo C70 hardtop convertible is priced more expensively at $39,785 for a base model with 218 horsepower, turbocharged, five-cylinder engine and manual transmission. Its other competitor the 2007 Pontiac G6 hardtop convertible has a price of $29,330 with 224 horsepower V6 and automatic transmission. The roof of the Eos has a steel structure that has five panels, including the glass sunroof, that separate and stack in a sophisticated manner by a simple push of a button on the center console. The whole process only takes 25 seconds and is operated by hydraulics. It is also quite amazing to watch as the trunk lid opens in clamshell fashion with the panels stack before it is lowered into the back of the car. In terms of room the Eos offers 6.6 cubic feet of space in the trunk with the Eos roof down. When its top is up the Eos trunk can offer 0.5 cubic feet of space. However beware since Eos prices can get high really fast. Take for instance since there is no automatic transmission available for the base Eos buyers would need to move up to the Eos 2.0T with automatic that has a starting price of $31,825 and was used as the test car. Plus if buyers would like for their Eos to have leather seats or satellite radio they have to choose an expensive option package that would entail for an additional cost amounting to $3,490. But in fairness to the test Eos 2.0T it has the styling and comfort that you will surely love. It is also sized just right---not too small or too big---just right for an easy parking and maneuvering. The Eos tester's turbocharged four-cylinder turns it into a peppy ride. It has a peak torque of 207 foot-pounds surges as low as 1,800 rpm and available through 5,000 rpm, according to Volkswagen. For a smoother and effortless driving power buyers may consider purchasing the top engine for the Eos. It's a 250-horsepower, 3.2-liter V-6 with 235 foot-pounds of torque starting at 2,500 rpm. The starting price for an Eos with V-6 is $37,610. Its fuel economy rating falls from the 23 miles per gallon for city driving and 31 mpg on the highway for the four-cylinder model to 22/29 mpg. These ratings are applicable for Eos models with automatic transmission.

Learn How to Change a Flat Tire in Half the Time with Half the Effort!
Stop straining yourself using those old tire irons to loosen lug nuts and buy yourself an impact wrench that will finish the job in half the time with half the effort. Imagine using a cordless impact wrench that could loosen and tighten all of your lug nuts in seconds with a push of a button and stores neatly anywhere. You'll be back on the road with no time lost when using impact wrenches. Have you ever got a flat tire on your way to work and the delay made you late? When you use impact wrenches and not tire irons you can, with practice, change a flat tire in as little as five minutes and be back on the road. Your boss will never even know you got a flat. Flat tires are a common daily occurrence on the road and most of us have experienced what it is like to change a flat tire on the side of a road. It can be very dangerous and if the conditions are bad it could even be life threatening. Everyone should be prepared for next time they get a flat. Hopefully it is not on your way to work or an important meeting but it will happen to you sooner or later so please be prepared. A good idea to prepare yourself for your next flat tire is to carry some important supplies in every vehicle that you drive. I would recommend carrying the basics like safety markers, spare tire, car jack, gloves, fix-a-flat for those small holes, tow rope, etc. because you never know what will happen on the open road. Most importantly I would recommend carrying either a Cordless Impact Wrench or a 12 Volt Impact Wrench that you can plug into your cigarette lighter socket of your vehicle. Carrying either one of these will enable you to loosen and tighten all of your lug nuts in seconds so you spend less time on the side of the road changing a flat tire and less time in the danger zone. Everyone that owns their own vehicle knows what it is like to change a flat tire. Some of us have done it in the middle of a snow storm and know how dangerous the side of the road can be. Using the mechanical advantages of impact wrenches will help you finish the job in half the time with half the effort to help get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Mercedes-Benz to unveil its Vision C 220 BLUETEC at the Geneva Motor Show
For the Geneva Motors Show, Mercedes-Benz—a German brand name of automobiles, trucks, coaches, buses and quality Mercedes auto parts like Mercedes ball joints -- has lined up a treat for car enthusiasts. And to start with it will present its highly environmentally compatible BLUETEC emission control technology which is combined with a four-cylinder engine that provides an amazing amount of fuel economy that will surely be a first in the industry. The Vision C 220 BLUETEC is also designed in compliance with the even made stricter EURO 6 emission standard which is going to be implemented to all new vehicles in Europe from 2015. The Vision C 220 BLUETEC can rev up 125kW or 170 hp and delivers a potent torque of 400 Nm. It is also a remarkable fuel-saver requiring only 5.5 liters of diesel per hundred kilometers traveled and this is due to the modified diesel engine technology and intelligent system of energy management. According to Dr. Dieter Zetsche, Chairman of the Board of Management of DaimlerChrysler AG and Head of the Mercedes Car Group, "The sophisticated four-cylinder diesel engine with BLUETEC emission control is a prime example of leading-edge, future-compatible technology. Our diesel strategy is an effective answer to the question of how to save fuel and, therefore, CO2, how to further reduce all exhaust emissions including Nox and yet still ensure effortlessly superior driving employment. In this respect, we believe our state-of-the-art diesel concept is currently the best and most efficient solution available." The Vision C 220 BLUETEC is Mercedes-Benz way of showing the public of the remarkable development and advancement that would transpire within the carmaker for the coming years. The BLUETEC initiative was first launch in the US last autumn with the introduction of the E 320 BLUETEC in North America. The debut of the Vision C 220 BLUETEC at the Geneva Motor Show will be the second world debut for Mercedes-Benz BLUETEC initiative. The E 320 BLUETEC that was earlier introduced in the US last October 2006 was presented in conjunction with the introduction of low-sulphur diesel in US. The E 320 has a fuel consumption of 6.7 liters per hundred kilometers traveled making it as one of the most economical vehicles in its class in the US. The E 320 is also the first four-cylinder BLUETEC model created by Mercedes-Benz which clearly illustrates the remarkable innovative technology that the automaker has. Mercedes' BLUETEC initiative will also be introduced in other markets but at present it is adapted in Europe to meet market requirements.

How to save some gas money
More and more people are looking to scooters as an alternative method of transportation. Scooters are easy and fun to ride and are very economical. Many models boast a fuel consumption of over 100 MPG city driving. Many people wonder if they should buy a scooter from an online dealer or a brick and mortar dealer. This question is very often confused with people wondering if they should by a big name brand Japanese scooter like Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki or an inexpensive, no brand, Chinese scooter. The answer to the second question is not very complicated. If one has the means to buy a new Japanese or Italian brand name scooter, it goes without saying this would be the right decision. Japanese and Italian scooters are purchased from local dealers and come with a full warranty that also covers labor. The scooter is delivered to the buyer fully assembled and reviewed by the dealer. If anything goes wrong, all it takes is a trip to the dealer and they take care of it. A 50cc Japanese scooter cost around $1950. A Chinese 50cc scooter cost around $800 online and $1200 from a dealer. Chinese scooters usually come with a 1 or 2 years power train parts only warranty. This means that the dealer does not cover any labor; only the engine and the transmission parts are covered. Many people think it's a good idea to buy a Chinese scooter from a local dealer. The thought of having a dealer take responsibility if the scooter needs repair is very comforting. There are other advantages for buying from a dealer, the customer can inspect the bike, and the dealer assembles it… Most dealers would give an around the block return policy, meaning it can be returned within the first 5 minutes of the purchase. Brick and mortar dealers do not usually cover any labor in the warranty. They may or may not guarantee parts availability. Buying a scooter online may be a bit more complicated but many people think the savings are worth the extra effort. Buying a scooter online entails receiving the scooter, performing the 30 minutes to 1 hour uncrating and assembly and registering the scooter. For all mechanically inclined people with some tools, this is the way to go for sure. So how does one who is not so mechanically inclined still save by buying a scooter online? A little more legwork, do some research. Select the best 3 online scooter dealers found read their purchase agreement and their FAQ. Find answers to all these questions: What is the return policy? What happens in case the scooter is damaged in shipping? What happens if the scooter does not start? How is the paperwork handled? What happens if the scooter can't be registered? Are parts available and how to order? How does the warranty work? Do they offer tech support? If any question is not answered, contact them by email or phone. Note that most of these questions would apply to a brick and mortar scooter dealer as well. Those who do their homework well may also want to research the online scooter brands and dealers in scooter forums. There are many people voicing their opinion, there will be good and bad; just make sure the good is way more than the bad. Then find a local mechanic that can work on the scooter. After the scooter is assembled, bring it to the mechanic and have it checked over, make sure everything is installed properly. Keep in mind that most Chinese scooters found online are equivalent or maybe even better quality than a Chinese scooter purchased from a local brick and mortar dealer. The instances of problems out of the box are usually very low; many of the problems are cause by inexperience in starting the scooter and result in a dead battery. It is always a good idea to contact the online dealer's customer support prior to starting a scooter the first time. This would avoid many problems and complications. Problems that require labor to resolve happen even less. In the majority of cases, the out of pocket cost to the customer is less than $100; far less than dealer's markup. If one is ready to pay the dealer markup, then save up for a name brand Japanese or Italian scooter like Vespa, Piaggio, Honda, Yamaha or Suzuki and savor the red carpet treatment. In all cases, enjoy riding a scooter and always ride responsibly and wear protective gear. Respect all local traffic laws. New scooter riders are strongly recommended to take a riding course, contact a local DMV, police or sheriff station for more information.

What is Your Bumper Sticker Saying?
Many of us spend long hours in traffic; city or highway traffic is always a bust. But while stuck in traffic you can't help but notice some people's bumper stickers. Although its not one of the most sought after novelties it provides a bit of humor during bumper to bumper traffic. Some political bumper sticker quotes may boil your blood or make you want to sing the national anthem. Some funny bumper stickers may grab your attention so much you may need a new front bumper and a new insurance policy. Bumper Stickers: The lost art of car customization Most people don't invest heavily into this aspect of car customization; but it's not a lost art. For those who pay close attention to these details it's a cool extra. It's like having a funny key ring. You can tell a lot about someone; about there interest, hobbies or even sense of humor. Custom bumper stickers are becoming largely popular. You can customize a bumper sticker with a company logo, frat logo, funny sayings even political bumper stickers, anything you want say. Or even customize bumper stickers that have a certain saying or your own personal phrases. Vynyl Bumper Stickers vs. Magnetic Bumper Stickers Bumper stickers come in vinyl and magnetic; vinyl being the more traditional and magnetic which are a bit newer. Most custom bumpers stickers are made of vinyl; which is a self adhesive and magnetic custom front bumper stickers are made with.020 magnetic sheeting. If you want to save some cash the vinyl would be the best they normally $2-$15 including shipping and handing. The magnetic bumper stickers are the best because they are easier to change from car to car; or even on to a refrigerator. Magnetic bumper stickers run from $5-$25 all depending on what you are looking for as well as where you purchase. Funny Bumper Stickers Custom bumper stickers are a means of expression, we can't yell and scream how we feel at people while driving on the highway or sitting in traffic but a cool bumper sticker can definitely get some attention. But be careful you don't want the wrong attention try to avoid bumper stickers that may get a highway patrol officers attention. Bumper stickers can also get you cool points on the highway from that guy in the Nissan Skyline right before he puts it into 3rd and breezes past. Who knows you may even give that uptight businessman behind you in traffic something to smile something besides his money.

Sell Your Car Online: Step 1
Placing your car or truck for sale in an auto classifieds website is a great way to reach tons of potential buyers. But constructing a great ad is not child's play. To generate a lot of interest in your vehicle, you must know how to create the perfect online listing. The necessary steps are outlined in five articles titled "Sell Your Car Online." The first step in placing a great ad is taking pictures of the car or truck that is for sale. You don't just want to take any picture and post it on the internet. You want to post the best picture you possibly can. After all, the potential buyers that view your online listing want to see a picture that tells them something more than just the color of the vehicle. A good picture can convey the overall condition of the body, paint, interior, and more. A good, or near professional-quality, picture can seal the deal in the buyer's mind. Hypothetical situation: A potential car buyer is looking for a particular car. The buyer has found two nearly identical cars, one belongs to you and one belongs to someone in a nearby state. These two cars have the same body style, the same engine and transmission, the same color, the same options, and very close to the same price. The only deciding factor is the pictures. The competing car has one low quality picture. It is half blocked by a neighboring vehicle. The sun is in the background causing a glare that obscures the color and overall appearance of the car. Your car, on the other hand, has multiple pictures from different angles. There is no sun to cause a glare and no rain to make the picture look dreary. The true color of the car shows and there is nothing blocking the view. Which car do you think the buyer would choose? Pictures of competing cars can, without a doubt, influence the potential buyer to purchase one car over another. There are things you must consider before you take the first picture. What type of camera should I use? How many pictures should I take? What exactly should I take pictures of? Should I take the pictures in direct sunlight? Unless you are a professional photographer, or at least an experienced one, you may not know the correct answer to these questions. What type of camera should I use? Since the pictures you upload to the internet must be in digital format, a digital camera is the best type of camera to use. If you use a non-digital camera, you first have to pay to get the film developed. Then use a scanner to digitize it. You must spend valuable time and money to do this. Using a digital camera is the most cost efficient and time conserving way to take and upload photos of your vehicle. In most cases, all you have to do is connect your camera to your computer to download the photos to the hard drive. Then you're ready to post your ad. What size mega pixel (MP) camera do I need? This depends on what you will be doing with the pictures. If you need large, high quality pictures, like 8X10 prints or a large display photo in the newspaper, you may need to purchase a 5 MP camera or better. If you will be printing the pictures for personal use or posting small photos in print ads in the local newspaper, you probably need a 3 MP camera or better. If all you need is camera to take pictures to be uploaded to the internet, a 2 MP camera should do the trick. Remember this! If the picture you are taking will only be used on the internet, use the lowest quality setting that your camera has. Some cameras even have a setting for internet quality photos. How many pictures should I take? There is no correct answer for this question. Just take as many as you need. A good photographer will take pictures from multiple angles as well as take duplicate pictures from each angle. If you have 20 pictures to choose from, you can easily find at least 5 high quality photos to post with your listing that show lots of detail about your vehicle. Then you can delete the unused photos so you're not wasting space on your hard drive. What exactly should I take pictures of? You need pictures from opposite angles that show the exterior of the vehicle. Pictures should be taken of the engine compartment with the hood raised. More pictures should be taken of the interior. If your vehicle has expensive aftermarket accessories, take pictures of them. For example, take close ups of expensive mag wheels, custom artwork or painting, or a high-tech audio system. In essence, you want to convey the overall condition of the vehicle and any special features the vehicle may have with the pictures you take. Where should I take the pictures? You need to take pictures of the vehicle in a place that has as little background detail as possible. For example, you don't want another car, a highly trafficked street, or a person in the picture at all. The best place to take the pictures would be near a plain brick wall, or in front of an empty field. You don't want any object, whether in the foreground or background, to distract the buyer from seeing the details of your vehicle. Should I take the pictures in direct sunlight? In order to take a great picture with a mid- to low-quality digital camera, you need plenty of light. But too much direct sunlight can cause bright glares and dark shadows, neither of which is good. The absolute best time to take pictures of your vehicle is on a partly cloudy day when the sun is behind the clouds. This eliminates the harsh, dark shadows even though there is still plenty of light to draw out the true color(s) of the vehicle. If you must take the pictures in direct sunlight, always make sure that the sun is behind you (so it will be shining on the side of the vehicle that is facing you). Try not to take a picture of a vehicle when the side facing you is in the shadow. If you normally take terrible pictures, remember this! It is much better to take a picture with a wider view that has all the details in it than to try to get a close up and cut part of the important details out. So zoom out to make sure you get a great picture. Follow these steps and you will have high quality photos of your automobile for display in the car classifieds site of your choice. Car Loan - Tips Can Help Drive Smart Loan Deals
Many new car buyers will appreciate the latest automotive trends expected to take shape in 2006 and beyond. A greater variety of downsized, fuel-efficient SUVs will be available. New vehicle safety features like tire pressure monitors will reach the market. And sales promotions like last summer's employee discount campaign are expected to set the stage for year-round, no-haggle vehicle pricing. But a less-publicized automotive trend rising interest rates will make 0-percent car loans a rare breed in 2006. Increasingly, consumers will need to comparison shop for their car loans before they go to buy, just as they do for the vehicles themselves. According to Bankrate.com, interest rates on new car loans rose steadily throughout 2005 and the pattern is expected to continue into 2006. The difference of just two percentage points on your APR can either save or cost you more than $1,400 over the life of a typical loan. "Many consumers do not realize that they have other options for financing their car, outside of the dealership," said Brian Reed, vice president of Capital One Auto Finance. "There are some great options for consumers to finance their car on a direct basis, versus relying on the dealer to provide that service for you." Because education is the key to getting the best deal when financing a car, Capital One Auto Finance offers prospective car buyers the following helpful tips: Set a realistic budget. Choose a vehicle that won't overextend you financially. A general rule of thumb is that no more than 15 percent to 20 percent of your total monthly budget should go toward all your car-related expenses. Verify your credit record. Order a copy of your credit report to ensure it's accurate and in good shape. Correct any errors before applying for a loan. Comparison shop for loans. Check out credit unions, banks and online lenders to see what rates are available in the market, so that you know a competitive rate when you see one. Visit Web sites such as www.bankrate.com and www.capitaloneautofinance.com. Arrive with financing in your pocket. Having approved, no-obligation financing in hand gives you a competitive advantage when you go to buy, giving you the power of a cash buyer. If the dealer offers a better loan rate, you can take it with no penalty. Approach your purchase as three transactions. It's best to treat each part of the purchase separately: 1) financing; 2) trade-in; and 3) vehicle purchase. This will simplify the process and maximize your negotiating opportunities. Match length of loan to expected length of ownership. Select your loan term based on how long you plan to own the vehicle. Buyers who take out longer-term loans can find themselves "upside down" on their loan (owing more money on the car than it's worth in trade). Review your financing terms carefully. Make sure you know your interest rate, monthly payment, amount you are financing, the length of your loan and your trade-in value. "If car buyers would spend just a fraction of the time researching their auto loan as they do the latest features on their new car, they'd be surprised at how much money they could save," said Reed of Capital One. Mazda Hits 40 Million Units of Production in Japan
Mazda Motor Corporation in July 16 reached 40 million units of cumulative production in Japan during a tribute ceremony at its Ujina Plant No. 2, which is situated near Mazda's headquarters in Hiroshima. Mazda's Representative Director, Chairman of the Board, President and CEO, Hisakazu Imaki, along with executive officers and union representatives, mien as the 40 millionth Mazda -- an all-new MAZDA2 -- entered the production line. This milestone was accomplished 75 years and nine months from the date when Mazda started the production of its three-wheeled trucks in October 1931. Imaki said that the company was able to accomplish 40 million units of cumulative production because of the huge support of their customers and the loyal efforts of the many employees and people related to Mazda. He explained that what pushes them to develop new technologies and create new value is Mazda's hunger for welcoming challenges and a lively corporate culture. The President and CEO assured that they will continue to provide their customers with vehicles that are inviting and fun to drive and make them want to drive those cars again, to maintain the car maker's track record of success going forward. Initially, Mazda established itself in 1931 as a manufacturer of light trucks, beginning with three-wheeled trucks. When it started its production of the R360 Coupe minicar, Mazda took a brave step into the passenger car segment in 1960. Since then, Mazda has developed into a true and competitive global corporation by producing and selling (internationally) of sports cars such as the first dual-rotor rotary engine car in the world, the Cosmo Sport and the legendary RX-7, alongside with durable models such as the Mazda Protege, Mazda 323 and Mazda 626. Mazda began to introduce a new generation of products in 2002 that vividly packed the new Zoom-Zoom brand promise. Since the start of the release of the MAZDA6 and MAZDA3, the new Zoom-Zoom vehicles have earned recognition thought out the world. Mazda has long been dedicated to adopting innovative manufacturing styles for efficient production; and production for them means "both people and environmentally friendly". And just recently, the wider use of initiatives such as Mazda's Three Layer Wet Paint and Integrated Scheduled Production systems has enabled a uniquely flexible and high quality synchronized production line. Mazda aims to achieve further growth in the future by raising its brand value and improving business efficiency in accordance with the Mazda Advancement Plan. Mazda also assured that it will strive to provide excellent products and services that meet their customers' high expectations, with product quality, safety and environmental performance, which are atop their priority. Japan is Mazda's home and the home of six out of top 10 largest vehicle manufacturers in the world. It is home to other multinational companies such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Suzuki. We are definitely sure fans of Honda fuel tank are waiting for Honda's announcement of its cumulative production in Japan, as it ranks second to Toyota in terms of vehicle sales.

How to beat a speeding ticket in California - When the CHiPs are down
For many of us the vision of the California Highway Patrol is closely associated with eighties television and two good looking motorcycle police officers. California natives and visitors may keep this in mind, but unfortunately most uniforms and flashing lights aren't the sign of Ponch and Jon coming to save the day, but the very real California Highway Patrol with news about just how fast a motorist was going in what location. With ticket in hand the motorist's thoughts turn from the scenery to what they are going to do next and, more importantly, where they will find information on how to beat a speeding ticket in California. California speeding tickets are some of the more expensive in the nation, averaging a cost of more than $300 per ticket, this before any court fees or late fines are ascertained. Added to the increasing cost of automobile insurance one ticket can be a costly venture. Across the nation nearly 95% of people who are given a speeding ticket never contest the ticket, but pay for it and move on with life, making tickets a nearly 14 billion dollar a year business. Accompanying the payment of the ticket itself are points that go on a motorist's license and an increase in insurance premiums, making the payment of a ticket much more than just a one time expense, but one that stays with the motorist for several years. Very often the costs spent on increased insurance over a three year period are more expensive than the ticket itself. The other 5% of people that have received a speeding citation face the charges in court, some because they choose to and others because they are required to appear due to the extreme speed they were going or other mitigating circumstances. Of that percentage, only about 1% defend themselves and of that only a fraction win their cases. When looking for information dealing with how to beat a speeding ticket in California a motorist is searching for a way to become part of that fraction, saving not only the expense of the ticket, but addressing license and insurance concerns as well. Many website resources exist claiming to have information on how to beat a speeding ticket in California, or any given state, but how does a motorist know when they have a site worth spending time on? One of the first things to look for on any informational site is a service that guarantees their work and has information specific to the state that the infraction occurred in. An example is the site www.ihatespeedingtickets.com. Here they list a money back guarantee for their work and express expertise in nationally mandated law and how it affects specific state citations. Another feature of the site www.ihatespeedingtickets.com which is positive is the easy navigation of the site itself making it simple to find information on how to beat a speeding ticket in California or any other state for which they offer services. A third feature of www.ihatespeedingtickets.com is the presence of straight forward FAQ's which makes the search for information even straight forward. Any information site being searched should have such features in order to make the motorist's research time effective and efficient. Sooner or later most motorists, whether they drive in California or across the nation, will receive a speeding ticket and will be in need of assistance to defend themselves. The internet is a unique source of such information making searching as easy as typing: how to beat a speeding ticket in California, into any search engine. From there the challenge is in finding information that is reliable and a service that will live up to their promise, or send their own Ponch and Jon to save the day.

Seat Covers
Using a seat cover will provide the passengers and drivers in your vehicle a comfortable place to sit. It will also give your vehicle seats protection from sun fading and ground in dirt. They will also give you a way to take those already damaged and unsightly seats and make them look new again with a lower amount of money than a total reupholster will charge. General seat cushions will run about $30 and may be as high as $100 each. You can check out your local auto parts store for the more generic seat cover choices.
The first thing you will need to do is to take a look at the price of the seat covers. The more you pay the better quality you will get. Those covers that are multiple production products will cost less for the consumer but will tear up faster than the ones that are more custom and handcrafted. The cheaper covers will tend not to fit correctly and wear out much faster. The money you save will need to be spent time after time to replace the bad covers thus saving you no money at all.
Before you take a day to find the right seat cushion, you will need to know the make and model of your car. It also is essential to know what kind of seats you have. Not all seat covers are universal and they will not fit some particular seat shapes and sizes. Some of the seat types include a bucket seat, a seat with adjustable neck rest, a captain’s chair for vans, a bench seat, or others. Knowing this will save you a return trip to exchange a seat cover that does not fit. Just a note to those in the process of buying seat covers, the model of your car may have a few types of seats available to that model. Make sure you know exactly what yours is. You might even want to take a measurement of the seat and the neck rest in back.
The headrest on the back of the seat will also make a difference especially since the post may be single or double. Does the seatbelt run from the brace of the car to the seat or is it connected to the seat itself? Does you particular car have airbags inside the seat? These models of cars are usually the higher dollar vehicles that are new to the market. Each of these is a major factor in how the seat cover will fit.
The make up of the seat cover material will be best if it can repel moisture and can be thrown into a washing machine for easier cleanup. They will also need to be strong and be able to stand up to rough treatment. Materials used for the covers can include cotton, canvas, velour, sheepskin, and Cordoba fabrics. They are better materials for the changes in weather and for being able to last a long time. They need to have a lifetime warranty attached to them for the best buyer protection.
If you prefer to spoil yourself, you might want to consider custom seat covers. This is a great option for those individuals with hard fitting seats to find something that really works well. It might cost more but the time and money you save in having the upholstery changed throughout the car will be worth it. Custom seat covers will come with a complimentary measurement service to make sure there are no mistakes in the fit. Prices for this service may run into the hundreds of dollars depending on the materials and styles chosen.

Thule Cycle Carriers For Access To The Inaccessible
A bike will take you to places no car could ever get to. A car will take you to places you could never reach by bike in the time available. So for places fairly near to home but so far away from the nearest road that your car couldn’t get there your bike’s the ideal means of transport.
To get to places much further away you’ll need your car. Fair enough but when you get there you find that there are all sorts of places nearby that you’d love to visit but the car can’t get to them up the narrow tracks and they’re too far from the road to walk there. It’d take too long.
So how do you get over the problem? Thule cycle carriers provide the easiest solution. Using one of these cunning devices you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Once the carrier’s attached to your car you can drive to anywhere you want to and take your bike with you.
Just think what that means. No where’s too far away to visit because your car will get you there swiftly and in comfort. Apart that is from any traffic hold ups but we just have to live with those these days and you can still get to places much further away than you could by any other means of door to door travel. Then when you get there all those places where the roads don’t reach are within your reach on your bike, especially if your bike is designed for off road use like a mountain bike. You’ve got it made! Thanks to Thule bike carriers that is.
If you really would like to take more than one bike when you go away that’s no problem either. Thule cycle carriers are actually quite sociable gadgets that come in versions to carry two or more bikes as well as just one.
With your bike on a carrier attached to your car the world is your oyster as they say but here’s more to it than that. However many seats your car had before you decided to take the bikes, it still has the same number. However much room there was in your car for bags and baggage, there’s still just as much. Because the bikes are carried on the outside the interior space is unaffected.
Thule cycle carriers come in two basic types. One type mounts on the back of the car and the other is fitted on the roof.
The roof mounted type fits on to Thule roof bars and carries the bikes upright. Obviously this means the overall height of the car is increased considerably which will be an issue if you want to be able to take the car complete with bikes into places with restricted headroom such as multi-storey car parks. Some low bridges may call for special care too. On the other hand this type doesn’t increase the overall length of the vehicle.
The rear mounted type avoids all the height problems and the job of lifting the bikes up and down from the roof. Obviously if you drive a camper van this will be the only suitable type for you. It does mean that the more bikes you carry the more you increase the length of your vehicle. That may be an issue on ferries and you’ll need to remember it whenever you reverse up to another car or something like a wall.
If you love to get out on your bike and you like to travel to distant places you’ll find that these minor inconveniences can’t detract from the extra pleasure your cycle carrier gives you by enabling you to take your bikes with you on your travels.

Blog hosting
The world changes. So do the life and work standards. The standards of IT business change very quickly. All that seemed to be up-to-date as recently as yesterday, today seems to be absolutely fusty.
Even if we take a look at Internet growth, one can notice how the attitute towards network projects has been changed. The most dramatic example is web sites that are hosted on free web hosting platforms.
In the early 21st century those web sites were quite popular. All social gropus - schoolboys, students, office workers, writers used to use free web hosting services. Often even corporate web sites were hosted on free hosting.
However the time passed, Internet "grew up" and the standards have changed. Webmasters started to think not only about creating a web site but more about creating a professional web project for which free web hosting is apparently not suitable. People started to register domain name, order paid reliable web hosting services and hire professional web designers and developers.
This trend has changed the attitute towards web sites hosted on a free web hosting. Now more and more people think that one should better have no web site at all that the one hosted on a free hosting with million of ads.
And that is right. Everything should be solid, reliable and professional. And web hosting is no exception.
Blogosphere came to this idea much later. If nowadays web site on a free hosting may call depreciation, the blog hosted on a free blog platform is still considered to be quite a normal thing.
How long do you give this state of things? Definitely a short while. The most long-sighted bloggers right now register a domain name to create a stand-alone blog on it and search for a reliable blog hosting services. Since they know, shortly this wil become a generally accepted standard of blogosphere.
Transferring blog to another hosting is like moving in a new flat. The more things you have - the harder is the move itself. The backlinks and PR might be lost. It is also hard to move blog archieve because of internal links in blog posts.
That is why the earlier you move - the better. And the best thing is to start from the very beginning with the paid quality blog hosting with Wordpress preinstalled and free domain name to create your own stand alone blog.
As stand alone blog will give you numerous opportunities such as real independence on a paid web hosting and a great chance for unlimited income!

Advantages of virtual dedicated servers
When your website grows out of the facilities provided by shared hosting services, the next natural progression is towards using Virtual Private Servers (VPS), aka virtual dedicated servers. virtual dedicated server use a special kind of partitioning technology that successfully creates several вЂ˜virtual’ servers out of a single physical server. Every web site that is hooked on to a virtual dedicated server has a completely separate server space. The server behaves as if it was dedicated only to that website. Through this technology, hosting companies are able to create multiple servers using a single physical server. This reduces costs while providing maximum benefit to clients.
Virtual dedicated servers offer a number of advantages to the websites they service. Through this service, a website has full root access to the server. That means, you can do any one of the number of activities to customize your server. You may install software, add and update packages, host multiple sites and change server configuration. At the same time, security is never compromised because other clients do not have access to your section of the server.
Virtual dedicated servers are very attractive to website owners because they are a happy via media between shared hosting and dedicated hosting. Many websites, particularly fledgling e-commerce sites, may have outgrown shared hosting but may find dedicated hosting too expensive for their needs. In this case, virtual dedicated servers provide all the facilities at a fraction of the cost.
Virtual dedicated hosting is targeted at businesses and enterprises that are on their way up. They are meant to be used as an intermediary step towards a highly successful online business. Therefore, virtual dedicated servers always offer an easy option to upgrade services. Generally, you would require less than a minute to upgrade your hosting account so that your website would have more disk space, memory or other facilities. Virtual dedicated servers come with an easy-to-use control panel that offers a highly powerful tool box that allows you easy access to powerful features.
Virtual dedicated servers are not without a few disadvantages. Of course, these disadvantages are comparative. When compared with a dedicated server, virtual dedicated servers offer less security. However, the amount of protection that virtual dedicated servers provide is much more than that provided by shared hosting services. Only if your website requires 100% protection, should you consider replacing virtual dedicated servers with a physical dedicated server. Another disadvantage is the fact that it is possible for you to alter your website accidentally or even crashed the server unwittingly. Even so, most dedicated servers provide excellent backup facilities.

Golf GT TSI to debut at Britain
Britain’s Volkswagen Racing Cup will be the stage for the motorsport world debut of the Golf GT equipped with the pioneering TSI supercharged and turbocharged engine.
The Golf’s GT’s 1.4 liter, 16-valve engine revs up 170 PS however the engineers at Volkswagen Racing UK thinks that its not powerful enough and so with the help of their technology partners at Superchips, Miltek Sport and Turbo Dynamics they were able to boost the GT’s power to an astonishing 230 PS. The engineers said that they plan to further increase the power of the GT in months to come.
The Golf GT TSI has made its first public debut in the Hankook-backed championship’s opening rounds at Oulton Park in Cheshire last April 9, 2007. Nick Trott a freelance motoring journalist was the lucky individual that was given the opportunity to drive the GT at the Oulton.
Trott, age 32, was so excited by the prospect of driving the GT TSI on its world motorsport debut. He said, вЂ˜The power to weight ratio is excellent and the package promises a lot – I only hope I can do the car justice!"
According to Volkswagen Racing UK Director Sam Roach, "We are pulling out all the stops to get the Golf to Oulton. It’s been a major technological exercise to prepare this sophisticated power unit for racing and our partners have provided massive support and expertise. To be able to extract 230 PS from a 1.4-litre engine is a major achievement."
It was not the first time that Volkswagen Racing UK has awed the world with its powerful machines on the track. It can be remembered that in the year 2002 the team drove a turbodiesel into the victory lane which is a first for the UK and likewise in recent seasons it has given the new Golf GTI and Polo GTI their world racing debuts.
The Golf GTI TSI is one of the most ambitious projects that the team has ever undertaken. The TSI features an engine-driven supercharger and an exhaust gas turbocharger, arranged in series. The supercharger operates at a lower engine while the turbo cuts in as power increases resulting to optimum drivability and performance throughout the rev range without the turbo lag and high maximum torque.
Golf GT TSI in keeping with the long quality tradition of Volkswagen is equipped with high quality car components starting from its huge complex parts down to parts like the VW window switch. Every auto parts that the GT TSI has are designed to enhance performance and power. The Golf GT TSI power unit was awarded as Best New Engine of 2006 in the International Engine of the Year Awards.
The Volkswagen Racing Cup is the perfect venue to showcase the powerful new Golf GT TSI. It is also the only saloon car supporting event to the prestigious British Formula 3 and British GT Championships and features 12 races at six weekend events on the UK’s top circuits. All races are broadcasted on the Sky Sport channel.

Vehicle Modification and Fuel Saving Tips
Many of our modern automobile makes have been proven fuel efficient, with these vehicles engineered to solve the problems discovered in past models. However, even old vehicles can still be classified among the numerous fuel saving cars in the industry. One way to do that is by modifying these vehicles with the use of fuel saving devices and elements like electronic ignition systems, fuel catalysts, free-flow air filters, nitrogen gas for tire inflation, and other fuel and lubricating oil additives that can lower engine friction and improve combustion.
Some old vehicle models are still equipped with a contact breaker system. Replacing it with an electronic ignition system can indirectly lower fuel consumption by ensuring that there is consistent amount of fuel burning during the combustion stroke. Compared to the old contact breaker system, the electronic system can guarantee this for a longer period of time, therefore achieving better fuel economy. Installing fuel catalysts into or between the fuel tank and the engine also helps lower fuel consumption by speeding up the chemical reaction during combustion and making the process complete, ensuring that maximum energy is released and that nothing is wasted. Another is replacing old filters with free-flow air filters that can provide better filtration, resulting in more efficient and reduced wear in the engine. Inflating tires with nitrogen gas also keeps tire walls inflated but not permeated, protecting the rims from the corrosion that compressed air can bring. As under-inflated tires usually result in higher fuel consumption, inflating them with nitrogen is not only a protective but a fuel saving move as well. Fuel and lubricating oil additives are also available for the same reason. These are compounds that keep engine friction low and improve combustion operation when added to fuel and oil. When using them, it is important to check the instructions and additive compositions as they can very well damage the catalytic converter when improperly used.
Although all of these can help old vehicles become as efficient as newer ones, there are still products that are merely advertising hype. Most of them claim so much more than what they can actually offer. Going for proven fuel saving products in the market is your best option, although trying new devices from reputed brands is also safe.

Advantages of Buying A Used Car
Buying a new or used car can be such a fun experience. During the first test drive your blood is pumping and you're excited to feel what this potential new car has to offer. Then you take a closer look into the car and see what kind of options it is equipped with and what cool features the car will be providing you with for years to come. And before driving the new car off into the sunset you have to secure financing and pay for the vehicle. Everything seems like so much fun until it is time to pay up. So I've listed the top reasons why purchasing a used car in some cases is better than going brand new.
Remember the Pink Floyd song titled "Money" with the coin dropping sound as the intro? That is how I feel every time I walk into a new car dealer. I look at these amazing new cars with awe, but can't seem to get the "quarters falling out of the slot machine" sound from my mind. The price tags are so high, only for the car to be worth half of that two years down the road (no pun intended.) Depreciation on a vehicle within the first couple years is very high and you end up losing a good deal of money by buying a brand new car versus one that has a couple years of road testing.
The savings from a much lower price tag on a used car gives you an opportunity to customize the car to your liking. The most common addition is probably new rims and tires. Some bigger flashy rims add style and uniqueness to your vehicle. A personal favorite of mine is installing a new car stereo. I don't mean just replacing some poorly made stock speakers; I mean adding a subwoofer box, component speakers, kick panel speakers, a new radio/CD/mp3 head unit, and of course a DVD player with TV screens mounted in the seats. If a stereo system is not your thing, then maybe a new exhaust system or supercharger to add performance will suit your liking. Whatever it is, adding new features like these can only cost you a couple hundred to a few thousand dollars, versus the many thousand you will be saving by buying used.
A big cost that a lot of people don't think about when searching for a new car is insurance costs. New cars often come with a high priced monthly insurance payment due to the high cost of repair for new parts. There are other reasons taken into consideration as well, but the fact is, used car's Blue Book value is significantly less than a new car. For this reason your insurance costs will be substantially less, furthering your savings.
When buying a particular used car you should have a good idea of what to expect. Before the purchase you should have already done some online research into the specific make and model you are interested in and know of any recalls or common problems associated with the vehicle. By the time a car is being resold, all of these problems should have surfaced and not come as a surprise. Sometimes buying a new car there is blind faith that the manufacturer is going to give you a perfect product with no problems for many miles. This could be true for some new cars, but many others you end up with the hassle of bringing it back to the dealer for fixing design flaws and recalls the manufacturer did not foresee.
Car makers have made a point of producing a more reliable and long-lasting vehicle over the years. Most cars on the road these days are expected to last well over one hundred thousand miles, sometimes double that. This is something to remember when considering a car that is two to five years old. There are many good years that lie ahead for that particular vehicle. The advantages to buying a used car might just make it worth saving some cash to use wherever you desire.

My First Driving Lesson
It seems as though I've always been a little bit afraid of driving. Now please don't misunderstand, I'm not one of those naturalist weirdos that is against technology in all its forms. On the contrary, I enjoy being driven around in the air conditioned comfort of a fine car. I have no problems with that. It's the thought of me actually driving that scares me. So you can imagine what a nightmare my driving lesson was.
Like all teenagers, I took drivers education to learn how to drive so I could get my driver's license. After all, being able to drive was one of the cornerstones of independence and would mean that I had developed my own wings right? Well it didn't really work out that way, as I was to find out to my utter disbelief. I never actually drove anything before in my first driving lesson was a disaster.
It started out badly when I got into the drivers seat and literally froze. I have to mention at this point that the instructor allotted to me for the duration of the driving lesson wasn’t exactly awe inspiring. He looked at me like I love some kind of complete moron and that wasn't very comforting. So my first driving lesson began about as poorly as I possibly could have. I still don’t know why or what caused me to be so tense. Maybe it was my lack of experience suddenly manifesting itself. Well, whatever it was, my first driving lesson couldn't have started any worse.
So that was it for driving lesson number one. I failed it. After all, they don't just hand out driver's licenses for opening a door and getting in the car. In any driving lesson, to the best of my knowledge, you have to actually drive or at the very least get the car to move a couple of millimeters in terms of distance in order to be considered for a pass grade. I couldn't even accomplish that. It was ugly.
Driving lessons are apparently not for me. I think it was a full five years after that first disastrous driving lesson that I mustered up the courage to enroll in an adult driving course. I was fortunately the youngest. But that too was little consolation as the only other people in the room were immigrants or country yokels, both of who had never ever seen a car in the first place! Who would have ever thought that a driving lessons could be so difficult. Oh well, my fault.

Over 50 Fire Service Staff Now Uses Toyota Avensis Diesel Cars
Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service’s Fleet Manager John Millett said that more than 50 fire service staff has switched from being user-choosers to driving a range of Toyota Avensis diesel cars and the switching has been a smooth one.
Manufactured at Toyota's plant in Burnaston (Derbyshire), the Avensis 2.2-liter D-4D diesels, all equipped with top of the line Toyota auto parts, are used by fire officers as well as by senior and middle managers for operational purposes. They are being ordered in saloon, hatchback and Tourer form and in T3-x, T4, T-Spirit and T180 grades.
One Avensis is designated to be used in teaching new fire officers road craft skills when driving under blue-light conditions. Meanwhile, three Yaris 1.3-liter T3-x diesels have been assigned to the brigade’s “Red Fleet” to be used on general and community liaison duties. Officers and managers also have the choice of specifying Yaris for their own use if they prefer to drive a smaller one.
Over the past year, the Toyotas have been introduced into the rush on a rolling programme. Mr. Millet said that the feedback has been very good because everyone seems very happy. He added that some comments were expected when the staff has to move from a user-chooser scheme to another, but nobody has had any complaints and most have reacted that the Avensis is a good car. Furthermore, he said that from his point of view, the cars are working out well.
The decision of the Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service to shift to a single-badged fleet was influenced by the occurring again of the problem of meeting the needs of new staff who might find their predecessor’s choice of ride not suitable.
John Millet continued that they decided to have one car for all so they looked around for a 2.2-litre diesel with a good specification, one that would be large and durable enough to stand up to attending incidents, and with all the necessary safety features. They made naturally cost-effectiveness as a prime consideration in choosing.
Based at Littleover, Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service gets its cars on contract hire through Lloyds TSB, Appleyards and Automotive Leasing. The Avensis cars average 15,000 miles a year and the driving-school vehicle 25,000 miles, with drivers paying a contribution for personal use. At three years, replacement cycles take place.
For more than a quarter of a century, Toyota has relied on the talents of American designers and engineers to help ensure that their vehicles meet local preferences and standards.

Police crackdown on staged car insurance scams
We buy car insurance to help protect our investment: our car. Since many newer cars cost well into the thousands of pounds they are not cheap to replace or repair, insurance helps cover the costs that are associated with owning a car and can help make initial impossible costs bearable for the majority of motorists.
The trouble is that sometimes there are people out there set on abusing the system and for a quick bit of cash they will sacrifice a lifetime of expensive insurance in the future. Some unscrupulous people will often make false claims on their insurance to either make a quick buck or get a better car should their current one be destroyed.
Many of these people believe that the car insurance companies paying out means that it is a victimless crime, we pay our premiums every year, we should make a claim or two to “get our money’s worth”. This is completely false as the reason many people, especially younger people, cannot afford the high prices of insurance premiums is the number of false claims as well as drivers who do not have insurance getting into bumps and scrapes.
The police have said that car insurance fraud has become such a big problem that there are even gangs “staging” accidents to make their dodgy claims appear legitimate. A recent operation in Greater Manchester has discovered one of these gangs numbering eighteen people who will appear before Stockport Magistrates Court.
There have been other similar cases in the Manchester area such as families driving around with a broken brake light, the car then brakes suddenly at a roundabout where an unsuspecting mark ploughs into the back of the car in front, the family then files for compensation all conveniently suffering from whiplash for a generous payout.
It’s exactly for these reasons that car insurance premiums are so high and continue to rise, with these increased claims then it makes cheap car insurance impossible as the insurance firms are less likely to view average, safe drivers in a fair light. When large scale crime organisations like these insurance fraudsters get caught then it makes roads not only safer for the rest of us but will bring down our car insurance as a bonus hopefully.

The Best Ways To Travel On A Day Out In Sydney
People come to Sydney for all kinds of different reasons. Some people love to sample the delights of Chinatown; some like to browse around the shops in Market City; others make straight for the Galeries Victoria, while the best destination for many is the Harbour area and its many shops, restaurants and water based attractions.
But whatever you are visiting for and whatever you intend to do, you need a reliable and quick way to get around when you are travelling from place to place. There is nothing worse on a day out than having to spend ages waiting for delayed trains, or getting lost trying to get from one place to another.
Luckily Sydney has a system which makes light work of getting around. Thanks to the Sydney light rail and the Monorail, tourists and locals can move around the city much more easily than they ever did in the past. The Monorail has also become something of a Sydney attraction in itself, since the system is actually quite rare – there aren’t that many Monorails in existence in major world cities. That fact tends to ensure that tourists flock straight for it to get a great view of the city that they couldn’t have had a few short years ago.
The Monorail has been designed to go past most of the main attractions in the heart of Sydney itself. If you love the atmosphere of Chinatown then you can hop off at the Dixon Street stop to sample all the delights it has to offer, before hopping back on again to try somewhere else. While you could walk between many of the attractions the view you get from the Monorail makes it a much more desirable and irresistible way to travel!
The light rail takes you out to see some of the more sprawling areas of west Sydney. This is a little more removed from the hustle, bustle and excitement of Sydney city, but it’s no less exciting for that. A great example is the sights and smells of the Sydney Fish Market – an unmissable destination for fish lovers and a chance to pick up some fish for a great dinner when you get back to where you’re staying.
If you have the kids in tow and you want to wear them out in preparation for a good night’s sleep, then it’s a simple matter of hopping on the light rail and getting off at the Jubilee Park stop. This drops you right near to the Bicentennial Park, which is designed for plenty of outdoor activities and has children’s playgrounds for the kids to enjoy while you have a relaxing couple of hours with your feet up enjoying the sunshine.
It’s clear that if you want to get around in Sydney, the best way to do it is by using the Monorail and the light rail systems. Not only do they connect you with the best sights, they are also a pleasure to travel on.
Sydney Monorail and Metro Light Rail are two unique transport systems owned by Metro Transport in Sydney, Australia. They offer clean and pleasant transport in the Sydney CBD and inner west. For special offers and discount coupons, please visit Sydney Restaurants.

Snowmobile Maintenance: Preparing Your Machine For Winter
Before you take your snowmobile out for a spin this winter season, it is important to make sure it is ready for what you have in store. Some snowmobile owners recommend taking your machine in for service at the end of the season, rather when the season begins to make sure there are no long term effects from letting it sit for several months. Forget to do that last April? Not to worry. There are several things you can do to make sure your snowmobile works perfectly this winter.
Step I: Perform a thorough visual inspection of your snowmobile
Under good lighting, look over your machine for any loose parts, worn belts, an any other obvious stresses, buckling or cracks. Consult your owner’s manual to find the lubrication points on your snowmobile and lubricate as indicated using a grease gun. Just be sure to avoid adding too much grease during this process. It should just be visible outside the joint.
Step II: Add fresh fluids
If you had your snowmobile in storage with gas left in the tank, drain the tank before adding any fresh gasoline. Any gasoline left in the tank will be of poor quality after several months of sitting and could make your snowmobile run inefficiently. If necessary, add brake fluid; consult the lid of the master cylinder for the specific grade of fluid that should be used. Coolant should also be added up to the cold mark.
Step III: Unplug intakes
If you blocked off the air intake and exhaust apertures with a cloth or wooden plug to prevent rodents from nesting in your machine before storing your snowmobile at the end of last winter, make sure to remove these.
Step IV: Replace sparkplugs
If you removed sparkplugs for cleaning or oiling at the end of last winter, be sure to replace these as well.
Step V: Clean the carburetor
The main cause of engine failure when snowmobiles are first taken out is a dirty carburetor. Cleaning it can be done with a can of carburetor cleaner and some basic tools. Check the throttle and oil cables for signs of damage. You should also check for cracks or damage in the fan or water pump belt, if your snowmobile has one.
Step VI: Evaluate the skis
The skis on your machine must be in good condition to avoid major problems and potential danger. If you have steel skis, make sure they don’t have any holes. If you have plastic skis, check them for any deep gouges or cuts. Runners should also be checked. If a runner is slightly bent, it can be straightened by using a vice or by taking it in to a repair shop.
Step VII: Clean your snowmobile
Wash off any debris such as salt, dirt or leaves from your machine using a garden hose and a bucket of soapy water. The seat can be cleaned with upholstery cleaner.
Your snowmobile can give you months of fun and enjoyment so long as it is in good working order. Following these steps is a simple way to ensure your machine is ready for a great winter season.

The last-of-the-line current Impreza is called the GB270. You will need about ВЈ7,600 for a purchase of extra equipment for the saloon and just below ВЈ7,000 for the Sports Wagon. Both models possess the pricing of ВЈ22,995 on-the-road, which is only ВЈ2,898 and ВЈ1,898 more than the standard Impreza WRX saloon and Sports Wagon, respectively.
Named after Subaru’s most successful WRC stage – Rally GB – and the 270 PS that the Prodrive-uprated engine produces, the GB270 models can be ordered from July 10 but first deliveries are planned for September 1. Other shared features are a lowered spring kit, вЂ˜quickshift’ gearchange, special carpet mats, MOMO вЂ˜Air-Race’ gear knob, larger-diameter 18x7.5ins GT1 alloy wheels and GB270 exterior badging and individually numbered interior plaque. We are still not yet sure, however, that an Ingen cold air intake can fit in the GB270.
The Impreza GB270 Saloon
Specific features of the Impreza GB270 saloon include a WRC-style rear spoiler, stainless-steel mesh front grille, STI front lip spoiler and silver-finished alloy wheels.
The Impreza GB270 Sports Wagon
Further making the GB270 Sports Wagon stand out are a rear waist spoiler, front and rear aero splash guards, rear privacy glass, black stainless-steel mesh front grille and gloss-black alloy wheels.
Aside from those, both models will be come with an optional ICE pack that is consisting of a Clarion SatNav and iPod adaptor and Bluetooth ’phone kit for £1,750. Other additional cost upgrades include a GB270-branded leather or Alcantara/leather interior for £1,400 or £1,600 respectively and a privacy glass window tinting for the saloon at £405. All prices include VAT.
A totally new 5-door Impreza will be launched in the autumn in 1.5 and 2.0 liter naturally-aspirated versions only, while the turbocharged STI returns in the spring.
